2. PLAY RECORDS or REPRESENT at the CRAFTERS FAIR THIS WEEKEND
CKDU will be tabling and DJing at the Spring Crafters Fair, April 17th and 18th at the Olympic Community Centre. We need volunteers to spin records (or play cds), hand out information, and sell some CKDU merch.
Can you help out anytime from 11am to 6pm on Saturday April 17 or Sunday April 18?

3. PROGRAMMERS MEETING APRIL 21 7pm

4. LIVE IN THE CKDU LOBBY! BA JOHNSTON, WINDOM EARLE and QUIVERS
We are hosting a free, all-ages concert in the CKDU lobby on April 22, from 4-6pm. We will be broadcasting the show live over the airwaves as well! Please spread the word and drop by for the show! If you can help with set-up and furniture moving, please drop by April 22nd at 2pm. Email erica@ckdu.ca with any questions/concerns.
5. SONIC SOCIETY MARKS 200 EPISODES!
A congrats to Sonic Society who celebrated their 200th show on April 13. The best in audio drama! Sonic gold! Check out their website (http://sonicsociety.org/) and podcast (http://sonic.rnn.libsynpro.com/rss).
6. TRANSMITTER UPDATE - WE'RE CLOSE!
We are taking the last steps towards going back to full power. Thanks for everyone's patience through this static-ridden couple of months. We really need to step up the promotion in the coming months to win back the hearts and radio dials of our listener base.
We are tentatively scheduled to go back to high power on Thursday, April 22, starting with testing at 10am and continuing throughout the day. Cross your fingers, folks! Many things need to fall into place to make this happen.
