Funding Drive Home Stretch

Day 6 is almost over.

and we've broke $20,000!!!

No way! Really? The tally wouldn't lie. Especially after Doug Taylor started finding mistakes in it and now I've made it imperative that everyone uses a calculator.

Great work everybody. Reaching $20,000 in six days isn't that difficult to believe when you witness the hard work that they're made up with. Congrats to all the shows who have reached their goals and put in such great efforts organizing events and getting pre pledges.

It has been an amazing week. It has been tiring, it has been exciting, it has been a whirlwind of emotion, and it has been one hundred percent fun.

But we're not done. It's time for the final push.
Tomorrow is Day 7 and we are $6,000 away from our goal. So close! I taste sweet accomplishment combined with sleep, salad, and regular radio.

If you have any more pledges that you can add to the total, you need to get them in! Bring them to the station tomorrow so we can add them to the total. If they exist you can even email them or call them in. Just let us know of any additional pledges you have worked so hard to get so we can reach $26,000 by tomorrow at midnight.

And if you haven't been working hard to get pledges, now is the time. Step up and be that rising star that gets us to the finish line. Every pledge counts.

Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day and if we all do our part we can achieve our goal!

If we don't, I know we can achieve this on Friday.
If we are a couple of grand short by the end of tomorrow, we need to go into Friday October 8th with the pledge drive.
If this happens, we're going to need some volunteers. If we extend Funding Drive on Friday, the drive will end as soon as we've reached the $26,000 mark.
Please let me know if you are able to lend a hand on Friday and help with the final push to the big $26,000.

8-10:30am
10:30am-1:30pm
1:30pm-4:00pm
4:00pm-6:00pm
6:00pm-9:30pm

We are in the home stretch. We all need to push hard. As crazy as it sounds, lunch from the Dawgfather seems like nothing compared to reaching $26,000 tomorrow.
We've got lots of great shows lined up tomorrow that I know will be great. If you've already had your show and haven't reached your show goal, get on the phone and get those pledges in!

This is beyond exciting and I think tomorrow will be a nail biter. Let's do this! $6 more grand! Say it out loud and get it done team.
