** Sending a CKDU delegation to NCRC 2010 on Gabriola Island
** Hosting NCRC 2011 in Halifax
** CKDU Archives & Website... ideas for redesign
** Changing our fiscal year. We will consider the following motion, which was introduced at the last general meeting:
Be it resolved that whereas it is more convenient for our bookkeeping, that section 43 of the CKDU-FM by-laws be amended to read "The fiscal year of the Society shall be the period beginning April 1 and ending March 31."

3. CKDU 25th ANNIVERSARY POSTERS FOR YOU!
Programmer Chris Foster has designed and printed delightful 25th Anniversary posters for all CKDU members. Come to the programmers meeting this Wednesday, March 10 at 6:30pm to pick yours up. If you can't make the meeting, drop in during office hours anytime. We'll have one waiting for you, while quantities last!

4. DO YOU PLAY NEW RELEASES? HELP THEM CHART!
Dear Programmers,
I've noticed that since the introduction of the paperless logger, the
amount of new releases being played has dwindled from some 150 new
release being played each week, down to fewer then 50 per week…
So i just wanted to remind everyone that in order to help your favourite
bands make it on to our Top 10 Coast Chart and our Top 30 Earshot Chart,
you MUST make sure you add the new release numbers into the paperless
logger.

. COMPUTER FILES TO BE DELETED!
Do you have files in DEMO, NOHOST or in your profile? If so, please DOWNSIZE. All Audacity or Ardour projects should be exported to mp3 or ogg, and then deleted. If you really want to keep project files, then please burn them to a CD or DVD, or FTP them to your home computer. Just ask George or any other staff member if you need help doing this. Thanks! An emptier computer means a more reliable, happier computer.

We like the sounds of that!
Congratulations on being chosen, Naz, and have a great time! Maybe you can teach us a thing or two when you get back.
